QUICK INFO

  • All of our made-to-order garments are designed, cut, and sewn in Greensboro, NC! It takes us 2-4 weeks to make your custom Gaia Garment before shipping.
  • Items with different lead times will ship in separate packages as they become available. Contact us if you’d prefer us to wait and ship everything in one package.
  • Domestic Shipping is always free for orders of $200 or more.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

  • Orders within the US ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) or can be upgraded to Express Mail (1-2 business days) These times start after the package is picked up from our studio. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
  • All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.
  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
  • Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All International shipping starts standard at First Class. You may also upgrade to PRIORITY or EXPRESS or choose UPS. UPS is recommended if your countries Postal Service is unreliable.

INTERNATIONAL (First) – should arrive 2-4 weeks

INTERNATIONAL (priority) – should arrive within 6-10 days

INTERNATIONAL (express) – should arrive within 5-6 days

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
  • Most international orders include tracking information. International tracking information is not updated as frequently as domestic shipments and may cease updating once the package leaves the US. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by USPS.
  • We are note responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We can only file a claim with USPS if you select Priority or Express Shipping.
  • Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
  • We can not file a Lost or Damaged Claim for First Class International Mail. If you would like the ability to File Claim please upgrade your shipping to International Express Mail or International Priority Mail .
  • Standard shipping does NOT include insurance. 
  • We will not mark an item as a “gift” or reduce the stated value of the package. This is illegal, and we can be penalized heavily for doing so. 
  • Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer’s responsibility.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Since each garment is made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations for refunds.
  • In some circumstances, we can add to/combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs. To combine multiple orders, Contact US as soon as possible after placing your order.
  • We want your Gaia Garment to fit perfectly into your wardrobe, so if you’d like to change your size, color, or fabric, we’re here to help! As long as our team has not started on your order, there is still time to make changes to your order. Contact US as soon as you can.
  • If you need to make a change to your shipping address, Contact Us as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our building. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
