How To Order

Tops - use bust, waist, and hip
Dresses - use bust, waist, and hip
Bottoms - use your hip measurement
CHOOSE YOUR FABRIC: A description is provided if you click on each fabric. Just choose the one that best suites your needs.
CHOOSE YOUR COLOR: A brief description is provided if you click on each color. Each item description also includes the color it is featured in. Colors may vary from reality depending on your computer screen.
Because all pieces are hand cut, sewn, and dyed please expect variations in each garment. These subtle differences should be celebrated as the mark of a hand made piece created especially for you!
It usually takes us 2-4 weeks from time of purchase to create your unique Gaia Conceptions Creation.
Policies
- We use paypal as our payment method. They will accept all major credit cards even if you are not a member.
Refunds + Exchanges + Alterations
All ALTERATIONS and OVERDYES are free of charge if contacted within 7 DAYS post marked receiving date. We strive to make your garment just right so please let us know if you need a little tweaking once you have had a chance to try things on. If it is past our deadline please support your local tailor :) If the alterations you need require us to remake garment it will be considered an exchange.
50% EXCHANGE if contacted within 3 DAYS of receiving garment. Because all garments are custom made we only offer a 50% exchange towards a totally different item. It is our pleasure to meet you half way if the item you choose to have us make just wasn't for you :)
NO REFUNDS - Because all orders are custom made we DO NOT offer refunds. If your garment has a mistake or flaw we are happy to cover the return shipping to fix that mistake or replace garment if needed but refunds are not sustainable for us. I can not make exceptions for personal tragedies, weddings, or vacation plans.
+ Please allow 3-4 weeks for alterations to be processed
Shipping
All shipments are sent U.S. post Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and you will receive a tracking number from paypal when I make your label.
U.S. - shipments should arrive within 3-5 days from shipment date.
International - shipments usually take 1-4 weeks from shipment date.
I CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST PACKAGES. IF YOU ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THIS PLEASE ASK TO HAVE INSURANCE ADDED TO YOUR SHIPPING. It usually takes me 2-3 weeks, depending on my current order intake, to create your garment(s). Therefore, including shipping time my current turnaround is 3-4 weeks U.S. and 3-6 weeks international.

Stretch Wool - gentle wash cold, line dry flat
Wool - hand or gentle wash cold, line dry flat
Plant Dyed - Wash with a minimal amount of natural soap or mild detergent. Do not use detergent that contains enzymes, chlorine bleach, fabric softeners, or that is formulated for wool. Hand wash preferred, or machine wash separately with cold water; use gentle cycle; air dry; steam iron.
